Colorado School Districts: Cell Phone Policy & Enforcement

Colorado required every school district and charter school to adopt, implement and post a student phone policy by July 1, 2026. The law sets required exceptions but leaves scope to each board; it also covers the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind.
